Why this program exists
Diafa PMS is a young product with a mature architecture. As we launch in Finland, we are opening a small cohort of properties who receive Founding Partner terms agreed one to one, direct influence on what we build, and the kind of support our team can give when there are ten of you rather than a thousand. In return, you help us show that Diafa PMS works in Finland by name, with your logo, in a real case study. This is a partnership, written down on one page.

Commercial terms are agreed with each property on the fit call and written into the one-page agreement, together with what happens when the program ends.

Free white-glove onboarding and data migration. WhatsApp messaging and the Guest Portal included on Professional at no extra cost, even though they are usually optional modules.
A direct line to the team
A named contact, a 30-minute product call once a month for the first six months, and roadmap influence. Your feature requests are prioritized.
Status and first access
A Founding Partner badge for your property, free first access to new modules during the program, and a place on the first customer wall at diafapms.com.
What we ask in return
The trade is on the table. No surprises.
- One written case study with your logo and photos, within 60 to 90 days of go-live
- Public reviews on Hotel Tech Report and Capterra within 60 days of go-live
- One testimonial quote we can use on the site
- Reference availability, up to two reference calls or visits per quarter
- Attendance on the monthly product call for the first six months
- A 12-month commitment after a 60-day trial period
Your Founding Partner terms apply from day one. Renewal on the same terms after 12 months depends on these deliverables being met. No clawbacks, no surprises, just a clear partnership.
Who fits
We are looking for owner-operated properties in Finland with a real brand, an engaged decision-maker, and an honest willingness to be public. We want a spread of property types, from countryside lodges to independent city hotels, hostels, guesthouses, and campsites, so the program speaks to the whole market.
