Yes. All core operations continue on the local database — ideal for rural properties in the Dordogne, Provence, or mountain areas with intermittent connectivity. Sync resumes automatically when connected.
Is Diafa PMS GDPR compliant?
Yes. Diafa PMS includes guest data export on request, data anonymization, consent tracking, and configurable retention policies. European client data is stored on our Finnish servers and does not leave the EU.
Does the AI assistant work in French?
Yes. Ask questions about occupancy, revenue, and guests in French. The AI assistant responds in French. AI-powered rate suggestions and email translation are also available.
