Our Story

Diafa PMS was born from seeing Kenyan lodges and hotels struggle with paper ledgers, crashing spreadsheets, and PMS systems that fail on satellite internet. We built software that works the way Kenya's hospitality operates: offline-first reliability for bush lodges, M-Pesa for domestic guests, and dual-currency for a market where safari rates are in dollars and local business runs on shillings.
