Revenue Management
Know what every night ahead is worth.
The forecast is built on your own hotel. Every day, Diafa records what is on the books for each night ahead and learns how your hotel fills: how early a Saturday sells, how late a Tuesday picks up. From that pattern it projects where each night will finish, and the forecast sharpens as your history grows.
Each suggestion shows its reasoning: today's rate, the proposed rate and the evidence behind it. That covers whether the night is ahead of or behind a typical one, and where your entry rate sits against the competitor median from Market Intelligence. When the two point different ways, your own demand leads and both readings stay on screen.
Every suggestion stays inside the limits you set: a floor and a ceiling for each room type, the size of each move and the rounding you price in. Diafa proposes, and your team applies the change in the rates calendar; a dismissed suggestion stays dismissed for that night. Diafa then compares each forecast with how the night really ended and shows which suggestions were taken, so you can judge how far to trust it.
A week with Revenue Management
Three weeks out, a Saturday is filling faster than a typical Saturday at the same distance, while the competitor median still sits below your entry rate. Revenue Management proposes a rise, kept to the step size the manager set and rounded to the property’s price points.
The manager sees both readings side by side and applies the new rate in the rates calendar. A month later the record shows how that Saturday really finished against the forecast, and which suggestions the team took along the way.
