CIB (interbank card), EDAHABIA (Algerie Poste), bank transfer, or international card.
Can my guests pay with CIB or EDAHABIA online?
Yes. Diafa Direct lets guests book and pay online with CIB or EDAHABIA.
Is there a setup fee?
No. We handle onboarding and data migration from your existing records.
How are dinars and euros handled?
DZD and EUR are tracked as independent currencies. Room prices, services, payments, and reports are separated. No automatic conversion.
What happens when the internet goes down?
All operations continue on the local database. Sync resumes automatically when connectivity returns.
What AI features are available?
Professional plans include AI dashboard suggestions in French and Arabic. Enterprise adds full AI chat and rate suggestions.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Do you offer a free trial?
